Packaging items — delivery information
Packaging items now ship under the same rules as groceries. Order food, packaging, or both — delivery is calculated on a single basket.
If your total basket is £60 or more, delivery is free; under £60 a standard £5.99 rate applies. (In some remote areas carriage is calculated by parcel weight.)
Packaging only: if you add 3 or more packaging items (3 different products or 3 of the same), a one-time +£1.99 handling fee applies per order — including on free-delivery orders.
Packaging prices exclude VAT — 20% VAT is added at checkout and itemised separately. (Grocery food is VAT-free / zero-rated.)
