Packaging & Wholesale Delivery
Packaging items ship under the same rules as groceries
Easy Supply packaging (wholesale) products now ship under the same delivery rules as groceries. Order food, packaging, or both — carriage is calculated on a single basket.
- Delivery is free when your total basket is £60 or more; under £60 the standard £5.99 rate applies. The £60 threshold now counts your whole basket (grocery + packaging).
- Packaging handling: a one-time £1.99 fee is added when your basket contains 3 or more packaging items (3 different products or 3 of the same). It applies to packaging only, once per order, on top of any delivery fee — including on free-delivery orders.
- For weight-based remote areas (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, UK Islands) carriage is calculated by total parcel weight.
- VAT: packaging products are standard-rated — 20% VAT is added at checkout on top of the displayed net price and itemised separately. Grocery food remains zero-rated (0%).

Returns
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-perishable goods.
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
- Perishable and chilled products cannot be returned.
